OptimalPep Testing & Quality Assurance
At OptimalPep, we operate with a strong commitment to transparency, integrity, and trust.
Every Batch
Third-Party Tested
Each product undergoes third-party testing at an ISO/IEC–accredited laboratory to confirm purity, composition, and compliance with quality standards, including endotoxin and heavy metal analysis.
At OptimalPep, quality is our highest priority. Every product is rigorously tested using advanced analytical methods at leading laboratories in the United States. We partner exclusively with independent, U.S.-based labs to verify purity, content, and to screen for endotoxins and heavy metals. Selecting peptides that are independently tested and third-party verified is essential for research integrity, and OptimalPep takes this responsibility seriously.
Quality Without Compromise
Certified Lab Testing
At OptimalPep, quality is our highest priority. Every product is rigorously tested using advanced analytical methods at leading laboratories in the United States.
Peptide Purity & Quantification
Each peptide undergoes comprehensive analysis to verify purity, identity, and structural integrity.
Endotoxin Analysis
Products are tested using validated methods to detect and quantify endotoxin levels as part of our quality verification process.
Heavy Metal Screening
Products are tested to screen for heavy metal contaminants as part of our quality verification process.
Sterility Testing
Products are evaluated using controlled analytical procedures designed to assess the presence of viable microorganisms as part of our quality verification process.
Do your peptides undergo quality testing?
Yes. Each peptide is evaluated through multi-panel laboratory testing to assess purity and content, along with endotoxin screening, heavy metal analysis, and sterility assessment.
What is the typical purity of your peptides?
Peptides are routinely analyzed to achieve high purity levels, commonly exceeding 99%, using validated laboratory techniques including HPLC. Relevant batch documentation is provided through the Certificate of Analysis (COAs) when available.
How are your peptides synthesized?
Peptide synthesis is generally performed using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), in which amino acids are added stepwise under controlled conditions. After synthesis, peptides are cleaved, purified using chromatographic techniques, and characterized by analytical methods including mass spectrometry to verify identity and purity.
