Refund & Return Policy
At OptimalPep, product integrity, purity, and quality control are central to our operations. Because all compounds are supplied strictly for research use only and are highly sensitive in nature, we maintain a controlled returns and replacement policy.
Due to the sensitive nature of these materials, orders are generally considered final once processed. We do not accept routine returns for ordering errors, changes of mind, or improper handling.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting [email protected] and providing:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Our support team will review the claim and, when validated, will issue a replacement shipment.
Refund eligibility (limited circumstances)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
The order was not delivered due to an error on our part
A verified issue cannot be resolved with a replacement
The claim is submitted within the required reporting window
Products that have been opened, used, altered, or returned without authorization are not eligible for refund or replacement.
